WHAT WE DO:
To ensure excellent translations, we ensure that all of our contractors, whether they specialize in English to Spanish, English to French, or English to Portuguese translations, are highly educated native speakers of the target language, accredited in their native country, and ATA certified. Many pass through a rigorous translation and interpretation studies program that takes years to complete, and is offered by a small number of universities.

At CIS Translation Services we undertake all of our English to Spanish, French, or Portuguese translation projects single-handedly, thus reducing the level of fragmentation, shifting of style, and changes of terminology that lead to a lack of homogenization. Each translator assigned to a project meets the requirements for the complexity of the job.



TRANSLATION PROCESS:
Once we receive a document or project, we review it for its country of destination and targeted market. All of the languages we specialize in include subtle words and expressions that change from country to country and region to region; therefore, the Spanish language, for instance, used in a medical translation must be checked to avoid embarrassing words, idiomatic, technical expressions and costly mistakes. In order to reach all markets, we adapt our translation into a neutral Spanish. For translations of all other languages, we use translators from Canada, France, Brazil and Portugal.

The final phase of each translation goes through a very rigorous editing and proofreading process, thereby eliminating last minute errors.

Our relationship with the client does not end when the job is completed, as we continue to work together closely to ensure our client's complete satisfaction.



TIME SCHEDULE AND DELIVERY:
We give a great deal of consideration to the delivery date of every document and project, whether it is sent via FTP, e-mail, disk or CD-Rom. Special requests for rush services will be quoted an additional fee.

Client confidentiality is our concern, that’s why all of our contractors must sign non-disclosure agreements.
